Doom and Gloom

Not for the feint hearted. These are the reasons why we have to manage our food resources more sustainably. The longer we leave it, the worse it gets.

 
When I was at school we were asked to imagine what it would be like in the year 2000. It seemed so far away it was almost incomprehensible. Twenty five years later, aged 37, I was stunned at how quickly the time had flown by.

 
By 2050 we should be experiencing shortages that will dramaticly affect our lifestyles.

 
Like a pension fund, the longer we leave it before starting to save, the higher the sacrifice we need to make in the end.
